Photo Extravaganza!

We took a lot of photos this weekend to make up for having none last weekend. Everyone is now feeling better, thank goodness. We had a busy weekend with trips to the local school yard and the zoo and lots of good play time in the back yard.

Here are the girls in the school yard with their "fishing hats," just like Grandpa C. used to wear.

Finally, there was lots of play in the backyard after we got home from the zoo. Amanda figured out she could "slide" down the lounge chair in the back yard....

Through the Looking Glass

Natalie and Amanda were sick this weekend (and now Mommy and Daddy are) so we did not take any photos. But here is a video clip from last weekend of the girls playing together....something that we're very excited to see and cannot wait to see more of!

Memorial Day Weekend Fun!

We had a fun-filled Memorial Day weekend and we hope everyone else did too. Very nice weather here certainly helped. We had two picnics and a BBQ and we took the girls to a few different playgrounds. Fun, fun!

Summer Days

Natalie and Amanda are enjoying the warm summer weather. Recently, they have become very attached to these little Gap hats that their cousin Becca gave them for their birthdays. As you'll see, they're even wearing them first thing in the morning while in the PJs!

Today, we went to the Davis Farmer's Market and Natalie and Amanda each got a balloon flower from the balloon man. They thought it was great fun.

And, then after their nap we went outside to play in the hot weather. Luckily, we have a new sprinkler ball toy to cool them off!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone reading Natalie and Amanda's blog! We had a wonderful time taking Mommy out to lunch. Mommy was encouraged to go out to a restaurant with the girls by her local lawyer mommy's group so she and Daddy mustered up the courage to go today.

We all went to Lucca's Restaurant in downtown Sacramento for some Zucchini Chips, yummy pasta and gelato! Above is a photo taken by our nice server. Natalie and Amanda were very good, so we may begin to venture out more often! Also, Amanda, who will try anything, ate most of (okay, alot of!) Daddy's meal. We hope everyone had as nice a day as we did!

A Trip to the Park

The weather is perfect right now; not too hot nor too cold. So, today we took a trip to the local park and had lots of fun. Here are a few shots in the back yard tonight right before bed time and then it's all shots and video from the park. As you can see, the girls loved the swings the best!

Boogie Nights!

The girls love to dance! Whenever they hear music or we ask them if they would like to dance, they start bustin' a move. Here is Natalie showing off her moves.
