Happy Mother's Day to Grandma Zena, Grandma Jean and Mother Julie on this very special day. We had a wonderful time today celebrating all the things that make Mom's so special. Even though Will does not look too excited below (he wanted to go catch some bugs rather than take a picture), he and all the kids were full of fun, fun, fun!
Before we headed out, our two beautiful princes pose.
The bugs were still too exciting for a photo of Will, but once we got to the restaurant, he was all excited to have some yummy pancakes and play with his new play card set.
Look at this great dinosaur I made tracing the numbers 1-25!
We went to a new restaurant in downtown Sac, and by far they had the best pancakes we have ever had...there was some special ingredient because they were SOOOOO GOOOD! Amanda had the apricot version and her expression tells the yummy story.
After brunch, the kids stopped inside for a little AC break and found these wonderful wooden theater seats. They had a blast flipping the seat up and down as they slid front and back! Our three little monkeys! Wheee this is fun!
After Brunch, we went to Fairytale Town to listen to the Littler Boy Who Cried Wolf puppet show. After the show, we had to burn off some breakfast syrup energy in the park.
Next is Will's turn.
Slides are always fun, and they are even better going down as a pair. Not part of the rules...but fun nonetheless.
