Good morning everyone! Here is a quick video I took this morning just after Will woke up. As you can see, he is starting to motor around the house pretty good! Boy, we are headed for trouble!

A Late Afternoon with Dad
Julie is out of town so I have the pleasure of taking care of the kids for a few days. Today, Sarah (our favorite Nanny!) had to leave early so I took the opportunity to pick the girls up mid-afternoon from school. When we arrived home, we had a great time enjoying the school yard around the corner. Here is a photo of Will kicked back watching Sable dig for moles and the girls climbing all over the monkey bars and and going down the slide like all the "big" kids at school!
Once home from the playground, the girls were adamant that they wanted to eat dinner on their "Little People" dinette set. Weighing the cries vs. taking a risk of having butternut squash thrown all over the kitchen, I chose the latter and here is a photo of the "Big Girls" showing off their new skills!
In addition, there was one "BIG" milestone reached today in the potty training arena, however, I do not have any photos to share! ;-)

Will Is Seven Months Old!
The time is just flying by. Easter is almost here, we all lived through the Daylight Savings Time change and Will is already seven months old! He is SO strong now and he has a ton of energy. He never wants to just sit still when he's awake. He is almost crawling -- he gets up his hands and knees and then drags himself across the floor, especially if there is a toy in the vicinity that he wants -- but he hasn't mastered the part about one hand and one leg forward at a time. I'm sure that's right around the corner. He continues to be a chatterbox, regularly telling us all about the "baaabaaabaas" and "daaadaaadaas." And, of course, he continues to adore his sisters. You can just see by the way he watches them that he *cannot* wait to do everything they are doing! Luckily for me, he also poses nicely for photos. Here are a few shots from this morning, followed by a video of Will participating in one of his favorite activities: jumping in his Jumperoo!

A New Do!
Natalie and Amanda had their first hair cut today! I would love to keep it long, but they refuse to keep their bangs clipped back so we decided it was time to get a little trim. We talked about doing this for DAYS in advance to prepare them for it and so when Saturday morning came and we asked them if they wanted to go get their hair cut, they excitedly said YES! I asked them if they wanted bangs like mommy's they said YES. So, off we went. Here they are walking into the salon, excited about the prospect of a haircut.
A close up "before" shot for both of them, Natalie first then Amanda. I'm sure you'll agree they were in need of hair cuts after looking at these photos!
Here they are getting their hair cut. They decided it was not as much fun as it sounded like in advance, but they were both troopers. Natalie shed a few tears. Amanda, on the other hand, was so excited about getting a sucker that she did not cry, but she still was not too terribly happy when the cutting began as you can see.
