Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we hope everyone else did too. Here is the whole clan on Mom's side of the family enjoying the yummy feast that Dad cooked.

Natalie and Amanda enjoyed their dinner too.....

as did Will.

Grandma had fun reading the girls some stories.

And Mikayla showed Will and Amanda some pictures on her phone.

We made some funny faces with Uncle Mike.

And we all had fun making whipped cream.

Natalie and Amanda thought it was very yummy!

On Saturday, we all went to the train museum.

Grandpa had a good time.

And Grandma chatted up a storm with this conductor/guide.

Natalie and Amanda liked looking at the big trains, here with Grandma.

And Will looked at them from afar, here with Dad and cousin Mikayla.

Here is Auntie Shelly exiting with the girls.

And the girls had great fun looking at all of the toy train exhibits, which were decked out for the holidays.

They even held hands....wow!

Natalie was in awe.

And then we went upstairs to play on the train tables. All the kids had great fun.

Later, the girls painted a masterpiece with cousin Mikayla.

And the older girls enjoyed a cocktail!

On Sunday, the girls made a gingerbread house with Grandma. (And they ate a little bit of the candy too so we had to supplement with some colorful cereal!)

All in all, it was a great holiday weekend with a lot of good food and good times. We have a lot to be thankful for!

Doggone Cute

I just love these doggy pajamas! Woof woof!

Fashionistas

The girls came home from school on Monday adorned with beautiful fall leaves in their hair, thanks to one of their teachers. They were quite proud of them and agreed to pose for some pictures. (Natalie's are a little harder to see because her leaves were a little lower in the back.)

And today the girls were looking like true fashion plates, fully decked out with the peace-sign shirts, tights, hats and boots! (Amanda wasn't thrilled that Natalie was crowding her space in this picture, hence the grimace!)

Miss Natalie really doesn't like posing for pictures too much.....

Miss Amanda, on the other hand, gave me the full-on photo shoot. It was so adorable, I had to put up several.

A Fall Picnic

We had absolutely amazing weather here this weekend. Nice enough for a lovely picnic at our favorite local winery. We had yummy food....

And there was a lot to explore, including this old truck that Natalie and Amanda enjoyed driving. (They constantly ask to drive the real car and even know that they have to be 16 before they can get a license.....they are growing up too fast already!)

Will had a great time exploring and checking out everything.

And we managed to get a few cute pictures of everyone....

Cheers!
