Monkeying Around

We had a fun zoo outing over the weekend. While mom and dad were getting ready to go, the kids thought it would be fun to jump off this box (a new suitcase). It truly is amazing how much entertainment can be had with a simple box. This kept the little monkeys busy for quite awhile! Here, Amanda and Natalie line up behind Will, waiting to wait for their turn.

Natalie almost always counts before she goes. What is funny is that the number she counts to changes every time. This is not a problem if nobody is behind her. But if someone is behind her, they are never too thrilled when she decides to count all the way to ten! Here she is at one.

Amanda liked to jump from the squatting position. Here she is looking quite mischievous!

Will has also starting counting. His version goes like this: one, two, nine....

We finally made it to the zoo and took a little train ride right away before it got too busy.

Later, we watched the monkeys.

And chilled with the zebras.

After the zoo, we had a picnic lunch at the park where the kids had an amazing time just running and running. Here is a quick video of Will running, jumping and tumbling. He's a little jumping bean these days.
