So Thankful

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving that started off with a lovely luncheon and a performance by Natalie and Amanda. To help decorate, they and the other kids in their class, made these wreaths and turkeys expressing what they are thankful for.

Natalie is thankful for Dad, Mom, Amanda, Will, her backyard and her new bed!

Amanda is thankful for Mommy, Daddy, food, toys, her sister and her friends.   Awww!  Thanks girls!

The kids each made a cute little pilgrim hat that they wore during their performance.  Adorable!

Amanda smiles with Dad!

Natalie was thankful to be done singing and finally gave us a big smile!

What made this Thanksgiving extra special is that Grandma Jean and Grandpa Bruce were able to join us after making the very long drive here.  We had a great time with them telling stories, making crafts and playing games.  We also had a great meal out and then had fun cooking Thanksgiving dinner the next day.

Before Grandma and Grandpa left, we captured some nice family photos.  First up:  the munchkins!

Then one with Grandma and Grandpa.  Will was feeling a little shy!

A nice one of just Grandma and Grandpa.

Miss Amanda looking pretty.

And a nice shot with Grandma.

Will decided not to be shy any more!

Natalie always smiles so nice!

We also attempted a photo of our immediate family but didn't fare so well with our efforts.  This was the best we could do.

But we did get a nice one of all of us.

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for coming out and spending Thanksgiving with us!  We had a great time and we cannot wait for you to come back and stay for a long, long time!
